Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to our European return address. The address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be defective. If the returned item is not found to be defective, a refund will not be issued.

Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items
If the item is believed to be defective or damaged, customers must provide photo or video evidence of the issue before a return can be approved.

Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
