Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days, please contact us.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after carrier verification.
